This is a combination seminar/workshop. We present the results of survey completed by property managers identifying the time spent on common business processes and tasks such as scheduling and showing properties, standard accounting functions like handling monthly rent payments, marketing to acquire new owners and the typical marketing tasks required to fill vacancies (to name a few).
Present the results of the survey to facilitate debate and sharing among the group as they compare their experience with the time required for specific tasks with those bench marked by their peers.
